Return Policy

Our returns policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold product quality standards. Before placing your order, please carefully review your information to ensure the accuracy of your custom order. 


As custom order is made specially for an individual customer, all custom products are considered Final Sale. As such, we do not offer any refunds for Custom/ Made-To-Order items. Please keep this in mind when placing orders for custom products.

 

Note: Custom products cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or replacement, unless defective.


Defective or Damaged Custom Items:


1. Defective or Damaged Custom Items: We accept returns for defective or damaged custom items within 7 days of your delivery date for store credit or exchange.
2. Return Process: Returned items must be in their original packaging and sent with tracking from a carrier of your choice within 7 days of your item’s delivery date.
3. Reimbursement: We may provide full reimbursement for returns if the fault lies with us. Our products are crafted with high-quality materials, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.


Non-Returnable Items:


1. Custom Products: Custom products are final sale and non-returnable.
2. Production Commencement: Once production of a custom order has started, cancellation and refunds are not possible. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may be applied.
3. Overdue Orders: If a custom order exceeds 10 weeks without completion, the customer can cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Order Modifications: Modifications to custom orders are not guaranteed after submission and may incur additional charges.
5. Warranty Coverage: The warranty for custom orders covers defects or damages only and does not extend to buyer's remorse.
6. Delayed Receipt: Failure to receive items within 15 days of notification may result in storage charges.
7. Unreachable Customers: If a customer is unreachable or unwilling to accept items after 15 days of notification, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited, and we reserve the right to handle the order items at our discretion.
